OVERVIEW

We’re committed to continuing our progress to make our activities more sustainable in support of achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): to prepare a special workshop for environmental issues we invited Said Isaev – eco-activist in Uzbekistan who starts first to make plastic recycling in design and focuses on recycling education in Tashkent. Thus we held the eco-workshop where students learned about the importance of waste reduction and what they can do to help. The workshop challenges students, staff and the community to make a difference in the world by practicing waste recycling.
Participants learned about the importance of waste reduction and what they can do to help. At the end of the session everyone took up-cycling objects home to enjoy.
‘This is a great opportunity for our Student, Staff and Campus Community to get more involved in recycling both at University, at work and at home’
