According to the law, October 21 is the Day of the Uzbek language, also known as the Day of the State Language of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The President signed a Decree On measures to radically increase the role and authority of the Uzbek language as the state language”, and declared October 21 a Holiday of the Uzbek language.
Due to the National Uzbek Language Day, the annual school picnic for students was organized on Friday 20 October as a part of the general program of the school at the Botanical Garden Picnic Spot in Tashkent.
The TSUULL Uzbek School Picnic (TUSP) is a grassroots initiative that brings our students together each year. The cool weather and the warmth of sunshine, made everyone feel refreshed. Together with TSUULL Uzbek School Language Teacher Ms. Durdona Ermatova, students from U.S.A., Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, South Korea, China and Russia learnt by heart the words and phrases connected with Uzbek food and food related vocabulary. The picnic truly gave a temporary relief from their studies. Everyone enjoyed an appetizing lunch.
Various events, programs and activities at school makes study for the students more interesting and engaging. Uzbek School is an outstanding TSUULL Project known for its academic excellence, nurturing approach and welcoming community. During the courses, Uzbek language is taught using the most modern methods and tools: in small or medium groups or individually according to the wishes of language learners.
We are sure that the students feel fresh and are ready to take up their studies with renewed vigor.
