TSUULL Freshers’ Days for New Bachelor’s Students 2023

Congratulations on your acceptance to the Alisher Navo’i Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature (TSUULL) and welcome to the Class of 2023/2024!

We are proud that you have chosen to become a member of our growing TSUULL family! Orientation is your first step in successfully transitioning to TSUULL. All new undergraduate students are required to attend an orientation session. For freshmen, orientation is a 5-day experience designed to help students become acclimated to the university. Classes start on Monday 11 September

On 6 September, 2023 Prof. Shuhrat Sirojiddinov, Rector of TSUULL, held an open dialogue with students admitted to the first year of the University. At the meeting, the students were told about the wide-ranging reforms being carried out in Uzbekistan and the participation of young people in the life of the society. 

'From the first days of the establishment of the University, we have created a system free from corruption and based on world standards, we have put the quality of education above everything else, in response to this. Now only you, the students should be the personnel who are worthy of the work of the country, and who will spread the knowledge of our university and our country to the world' -- Shuhrat Sirojiddinov said.


TSUULL’s research potential and international reputation are directly determined by the achievements of the students. In addition, to ensure the active participation of students in higher education institutions to direct students to scientific activities and to form innovative thinking in them, to ensure the active participation of students in regional and international conferences, to attract them to scientific activities, based on the mentor-student system. information was also given on the training of specialists. As one of the first in our country, in TSUULL, starting from the 1st year, students are expected to participate in special club training in the field of their choice one day a week. There is no doubt that this practice serves to prepare competitive personnel in the labor market. Any problem that afflicts students should be the problem of the whole community. We will not run away from problems, but we will solve them together’, – the Rector of the University assured the students.

During orientation, you will have the chance to meet with faculty, new classmates, and current students. Orientation is a time for you to learn about campus resources, receive academic advising in preparation for registering for classes, and learn about TSUULL's traditions!
