UZBEKISTAN IN THE EYES OF INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
TSUULL Uzbek Language Preparatory Course is well-known enough among international students. As previously reported, the Korean volunteer from KOICA has been studying Uzbek language. Naturally, the lessons are held not only on the territory of the university, but also in parks and various entertainment venues, in order to increase the interest of foreign students in both our national traditions and the beautiful nature of our country. Therefore, today’s Speaking lesson was held in one of the most attractive destinations of Tashkent - "Navruz" park. The Korean student was given information about all the regions of Uzbekistan, their history, national traditions, clothing, household appliances, gathered in the park. The student was granted a chance to practice the word learned from dictionary through the pointing at objects in the park. It is obvious that the language cannot be acquired fully without learning the cultural patterns of a nation, so TSUULL is constantly focuses on increasing the knowledge of its international students through creating non-traditional learning environments.
