Uzbek Language course opens soon at Oxford University, 17 July
On the second day of the visit, the delegation of Oxford University got acquainted with the conditions created at the university. The "Uzbek Language for Foreigners" textbooks (for A1 and A2 levels) created by the "Uzbek School" team aroused great interest among the guests. They specifically noted that they would be planning the Uzbek Language course based on these textbooks at the University.
In the interview with the university vice-rector for international relations, Nozliya Normurodova, Oxford University professor Leyla Nazafzada informed that in December of this year, the official delegation of Oxford University would visit TSUULL and sign the memorandum of cooperation. This delegation would include students and Turkic scientists, who would also learn the methodological achievements of TSUULL in teaching the Uzbek language and gain experience for several days. In addition, it was agreed to conduct online dialogues and organize various lectures, webinars and seminars in the fields of Turkology, Oriental studies, and textual studies.
