TSUULL Welcomes Freie Universität Berlin, 10 October
On 10 October, 2023 Mr. Tobias A.Stüdemann, a Director of Liaison Office of Freie Universität Berlin in Eastern Europe, visited TSUULL. Dr. Ozoda Gulyamova, Acting Director of TSUULL Uzbek School and Ms. Lucy Aysaeva, Partnerships and Marketing Manager at TSUULL International Office welcomed the guest and briefed on the University's activities.
Dr. Ziyoda Teshaboeva, Chair Translation Theory and Practice Department of TSUULL, introduced her book which she wrote about the theoretical study and translations of ‘Baburname’ into the world languages. She and her colleagues from the Department of Foreign Languages discussed the possibility to incorporate the course for interpreters from Uzbek to German and vice versa into the University's curriculum and to translate the works of outstanding Uzbek poets and writers as Alisher Navo'i, Bobur in German language.
