TSUULL & DSLU: cultural dialogue and prospects for fruitful cooperation

On April 25th, TSUULL welcomed a delegation from Nizhny Novgorod State Linguistic University named after N.A.Dobrolyubov and the Representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo on the prospects of cultural exchange and fruitful mutual cooperation. 

The event was opened by the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, Doctor of Philology Nozliya Normurodova. 

The head of Representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo, Mr.Vojdayev, made his opening speech. Rector of DSLU, Doctor of Philology, Professor Ms.Nikonova noted that the strategic cooperation between the two countries is an important factor in achieving positive results in science, education and culture.

During the meeting, the Rector of NDLU made proposals for cooperation projects at our university. In particular, our university was invited to participate in the “Open Dialogue” platform being held on May 17, to participate in international programs dedicated to Pushkin's birth, as well as in the project of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization "School of Academic Education" for students. Ms.Nikonova also stated that there is an opportunity to participate in the project "Preservation of Historical Background" at DSLU. 

Besides, the delegation also offered to organize various joint Olympiads. 

One of the significant strategic partners of our university, rector of DSLU, leading scientist, doctor of philological sciences, professor Janna Viktorovna Nikonova was awarded the title of honorary professor of Alisher Navo’i Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature. 

During the event the students of our university also performed Uzbek and Russian national dances, monologues and presentations. 

The Dean of the DSLU, Professor Ms.Svetlana Kolobova presented a speech on "Modern administrative communications: dialogue and prospects for cooperation."

Ms. Kolobova also answered all the questions given by the students in detail.

 

The guests noted that strengthening and further development of cooperation is mutually beneficial for both educational institutions.
