The Role of TSUULL in Scientific and Innovative Development Widely Discussed

Today, January 7, 2025, a series of significant seminars were held at the Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature for professors and teaching staff. These seminars aimed to enhance the scientific and spiritual-educational activities of the academic community and featured three key presentations on the agenda.

The first segment of the seminar began with a presentation by Vice-Rector for Research, Innovations, and International Cooperation, N. Normurodova, titled “The Transformation of Higher Education in Uzbekistan and TSUULL's Role as a Driver of Development in This Process.” Normurodova provided an in-depth analysis of the ongoing reforms in Uzbekistan's higher education system and TSUULL’s pivotal role in these changes. She highlighted the university’s achievements as a central driver of modern education and innovative processes, emphasizing its successes in fostering international partnerships. The presentation detailed TSUULL’s initiatives to align educational systems with global standards, the implementation of cutting-edge scientific projects and academic programs, and the university’s strides in securing international grants and projects. Normurodova underlined the broader significance of these activities, not just for TSUULL but for the advancement of Uzbekistan's education system as a whole.

The next presentation was delivered by B. Elov, head of the Department of Computer Linguistics and Digital Technologies. His presentation, titled “Participation in Practical and Innovative Project Competitions within the Framework of the State Targeted Program and Collaboration in International Projects,” explored the development of new projects based on innovative technologies and digital platforms and their practical application. Elov focused on enhancing the university's scientific potential through strengthened international cooperation and analyzed the opportunities and benefits of participating in competitions under state-targeted programs.

  

The final session featured a presentation by G. Jo‘rayeva, Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work, titled “Highlighting Reforms in Uzbekistan in the Media and the Role of Collaborative Efforts in General Education Schools and Neighborhoods.” Jo‘rayeva discussed the university’s efforts in engaging with youth, collaborating with schools and local communities, and promoting national values among the younger generation. She provided a detailed account of the educational initiatives aimed at shaping socially active citizens and emphasized the importance of working with media outlets to broaden the reach and impact of these efforts.

These seminars served as a vital platform for advancing TSUULL’s innovative and scientific potential, encouraging professors and staff to embrace new initiatives, and improving the university's spiritual-educational endeavors. Participants shared experiences and ideas, many of which could be implemented in practice, fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
