OVERVIEW

Everyone has the right to quality education – education which should be public, equitable, inclusive and free. Education underpins many of the SDGs and it is fundamental to the realization of other rights. Governments must deliver on this goal, and citizens must be able to play their part in holding them to account for it. SDG 4 focuses on education and aims to ‘ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all’.

PolitIQ Team delivered a public lecture for TSUULL students about the learning opportunities of the educational project PolitIQ for youth of Central Asian countries, also we discussed the right to quality education and the connection with Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations. Most of the content of fundamental human rights had been included into SDGs, for instance health, education, gender equality and women’s empowerment.
