Sustainable Development Goals
Everyone has the right to quality education – education which should be public, equitable, inclusive and free. Education underpins many of the SDGs, and it is fundamental to the realization of other rights. Governments must deliver on this goal, and citizens must be able to play their part in holding them to account for it. SDG 4 focuses on education and aims to “ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all”.
