Personal Experience and Motivation: Open Dialogue with Abdurahmon Subkhanov
On September 12, 2025, the International Relations Department of TashDO‘TAU hosted the latest open dialogue with Abdurahmon Subkhanov. The event was organized in the format of a formal introduction, lecture, and Q&A session, and was broadcast live on YouTube.
During the session, Abdurahmon Subkhanov shared his personal experiences, including how he took his first steps in social projects and how this path shaped him as a mentor and motivator. He also provided insights and recommendations on time management, maintaining motivation, teamwork, and the challenges faced during preparation for international exchange programs.
Students showed great interest in the exchange programs Subkhanov participated in, asking numerous questions and actively engaging in discussions. By the end of the dialogue, participants exchanged ideas on new collaborative initiatives, mentoring opportunities, and future projects.
