The novel "O'tkan kunlar" (Bygone days) published in Azerbaijan, 4 August

"O'zbekiston madaniyati kunlari (Days devoted to Uzbek Culture)" is being held in the city of Baku, Azerbaijan.  At this cultural event, a rare example of Uzbek literature, a priceless novel "Otkan kunlar (Bygone days)" was presented in the Azerbaijani language.
Bahadir Karimov, professor of our university, who participated in the event, spoke about the importance of this work and the relevance of the topics raised in it even today. "Otkan Kunlar" noted that there was an extraordinary development not only in Uzbek literature, but also in the world literature as a whole.
The issues raised in the work, historical events, and the fate of the heroes are not alien to Azerbaijanis. For this reason, the Turkic people repeatedly turn to the work "O'tkan kunlar". From this point of view, "it will not be wrong to say that this work is the literary property of all Turkic peoples," says Kadiri's grandson Khondamir Kadiri.
