Scholarships
We’re committed to supporting academic endeavors of financially underprivileged students. We offer a range of scholarships and bursaries for undergraduate, postgraduate, international and domestic students. The following scholarships, awards and bursaries are dedicated to supporting low or lower-middle income students through university funds, external partnerships and governmental aid.

*In addition, the University makes all the efforts to foster its students’ success including counseling on financial aid. A wide range of state bursaries are made available for students with unemployed parents, financial insecurity and physical disabilities. The University offers accommodation to the students with financial difficulties at half price of the original amount every year. The "Society of Young Philologists" was established at the University in accordance with the order of the Rector of the University No. 01-247 dated 31.3.2016. About 750 students are members of this society nowdays.
In order to support students from low or lower-middle income countries and also students who have a talent and unique intelligence, university organised a community of "young scientists" who are considered to be the winners of scholarships.

Over the years TSUULL University has been engaged in a wide variety of projects around the globe. During the 2014-2020 cycle of the Program, TSUULL continued to be an active member of the Erasmus+ Program. Participation in Erasmus+ research and educational projects is one of the important areas of the University's activities. We also seek to both extend partnerships in terms of different areas and deepen them. We plan to improve mobility chances for students, support the role of students and staff in the world and raise the profile of our research and teaching internationally.
So far the University’s cooperation will maintain and enhance strong institutional links across the globe including those with the European Union. By taking part in European Commission initiatives, we want to build the academic student community consisting of Europeans open to other cultures. Also the important asset is that it gives exchange European students the opportunity to acquire a sense of Central Asia identity, cultural heritage and diversity as well as vice versa with TSUULL students. This is the basis of a beneficial partnership that provides innovative development and export potential of the University’s educational technologies and programs.
Many meetings have been organized within the framework of the Association of Turkic Universities, which was established in order to increase cooperation between member countries and higher education institutions and started its activities since 2013. The directive on the establishment of the Higher Education Area and the Association of Turkish universities were accepted. The name of the process that aims to implement exchange programs between students and lecturers has been determined as 'Orhun process'.
The Orhun Exchange Programme aims to facilitate the exchange of students and academic staff among Turkic Council Universities members.
2023-2024 Academic Year Fall and Spring Semester ORHUN exchange program applications have started for undergraduate, graduate (must be in the course stage) and PhD students and Academic Staff who want to study for a semester in the announced departments of the member universities of the Organization of Turkic States Turkic Universities Union.
TSUULL University has implemented the Orhun Exchange Program.
- Students may study abroad for a minimum of one, up to a maximum of two semesters. The duration of the semester periods may be different taking into account of differences in the education systems of the countries involved, exchange could be one semester;
- Students do not pay any tuition fees to the host institution during the programme, but they continue to pay the obligatory tuition fees to their home institutions;
