
Youth Say No to Corruption
On December 19, Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature named after Alisher Navoi hosted an Open Day event under the slogan "Youth Say No to Corruption." The event aimed to encourage youth to actively combat corruption and enhance their legal literacy, drawing broad participation and engagement.
Representatives from the Department for Prevention of Offenses in the Sphere of Information Technology under the Yakkasaroy District Coordination Office of Internal Affairs, including Captain Akmal Sidiqov, Senior Lieutenant Asatillo Quvondiqov, and Lieutenant Atkhamjon Mamayusupov, attended the event.
During the event, participants were informed about the negative consequences of corruption, its impact on the lives of young people, and current strategies for combating such crimes. Discussions and Q&A sessions were organized to raise awareness and improve the legal knowledge of students, with a strong focus on fostering vigilance and understanding.
The Open Day was conducted in a welcoming and transparent environment, allowing young attendees to express their thoughts and opinions on fighting corruption. The event served as another step in the university's mission to instill a sense of legal responsibility in the younger generation and promote a resolute stance against corruption in society.
