UZBEKISTAN-TURKEY: COOPERATION AT A NEW LEVEL
A delegation from Alisher Navo’i Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature paid an official visit to Turkey a few months earlier this year. During the visit, a cooperation agreement was signed with the Bosphorus University of Turkey. Two days earlier, the rector of the university, Dr. Naji Inji, visited Uzbekistan. At the meeting with the vice-rectors of our university, it was agreed on the issues to be implemented in the next stages of cooperation.In this context, the University of Bosphorus has developed specific plans for the organization of academic exchanges of students, the opening of joint programs and the development agreement was reached on improving the qualifications of researchers and the level of knowledge and skills of students, as well as organizing lectures and interactive seminars between the universities of the two countries.
