TSUULL University Established The Alisher Navo’i Medal

TSUULL University has established the Alisher Navoi Medal for the first time in the history of the University in memory of the great poet, philosopher, thinker, and author of unique works, Alisher Navo’i (1441-1501).

This medal is awarded to great teachers and young researchers who have been researching the works of our great ancestors, promoting the Uzbek language and literature. 

The year of 2023 marks the 582nd anniversary of the birth of Alisher Navoi, a great thinker, prominent state and public figure, who made an incomparable contribution to the development of the country, people's well-being, spirituality and culture.

With the initiative of the University, this medal is planned to be presented to holders every year before the birthday of our great grandfather. This year, enthusiastic and dedicated TSUULL Academic Teachers were also awarded. The event was opened by Professor, TSUULL University Rector Shuhrat Sirojiddinov.

Those who received the medal, spoke about the incomparable contribution to the development of the Uzbek language and literature, and the importance of the thinker's work in educating young people as highly spiritual and deep-thinking people.

In fact, Alisher Navoi left a huge, priceless, inexhaustible literary legacy to the generations. In his poetic and prose works, the great poet showed high universal ideas and the incomparable charm of our mother tongue.
