TSUULL Mid-Career Professionals Enhanced Skills Through TSUULL Training ‘Conducting Research Based on International Standards’, 29 September

On September 29, 2023 Prof., Dr. Nozliya Normurodova, TSUULL Vice-Rector for International Cooperation delivered a lecture for mid-career professionals (lecturers and researchers of the University) on ‘Conducting Research Based on International Standards’. In the presentation, special recommendations were made for participation in international academic research grants and foundations, academic exchange programs, international conferences and seminars, scientific or educational projects that are among the 1000 prestigious universities of the world.

It is not easy to be recognized internationally as a scientist and researcher as well. To become a world-recognized and famous researcher, it is not enough to choose the right research area and defend a PhD Thesis. A researcher today needs to know how to improve his/her personal development skills, and how to connect with colleagues on the other side of the world. In the lecture, information was provided about internship opportunities in the prestigious academic institutions and think-tanks of Western European countries, the U.S.A. and Asia, international grants and opportunities to win scholarships from the ‘El-Yurt Umid’ Foundation.

The training provided participants with a holistic understanding of the application process and management skills in research projects and its importance in various working environments.

They improved their skills to efficiently execute successful projects by participating in international projects as fellows or researchers that contribute positively to the TSUULL Academic Community.
