
TSUULL ‘Fuzuli Enthusiasts’ Club Pay a Visit to Azerbaijan, 25 August
Alisher Navo’I Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature has established Azerbaijani Cultural Center within the University and the Center runs ‘Fuzuli Enthusiasts’ Club which allows students to get themselves familiarized with Azerbaijani Literature and Cultural Heritage. The Center was founded with the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Azerbaijani Cultural Center under the Azerbaijan Embassy in Uzbekistan. The ties between the countries have been strengthening throughout the centuries faster than ever. Both nations are demonstrating great interest in each other’s lives in all fields showing great enthusiasm and support in the development of both countries. It is noteworthy that both of these nationalities are so interconnected that they share great history and ancestors that had lived on lands of both countries.
To immerse deeper into Azerbaijani culture, a group of talented and creative members of ‘Fuzuli Enthusiasts’ Club pay a visit to the brotherly land of Azerbaijan. The delegation consisting of eight persons of the club visit the sights of Baku - the capital of Azerbaijan, the Alley of Martyrs, the Old City, the Maiden's Castle and Shusha, to gain first-hand experience on Azerbaijan.
During the trip, they are scheduled to talk with great Azerbaijani artists, scientists, and meet representatives of modern Azerbaijani literature and translation studies. The trip is expected to bring unique results in terms of academic and cultural exchange that will well-serve in the participants’ future endeavors.
