TSUULL DELIVERED A PUBLIC TALK TITLED “FULBRIGHT JOURNEY: UZBEKISTAN – THE USA ETA EXPERIENCE”, 15 MAY 2025

 
On May 15, 2025, Blake Amann, a 2023 Fulbright Scholarship recipient, delivered an insightful lecture at TSUULL titled “Fulbright Journey: Uzbekistan – The USA ETA Experience”. The session, part of the #TSUULLTalks series, was attended by Bachelor students and focused on the opportunities, advantages, and experiences offered by the Fulbright Program.
During the lecture, Blake shared his personal journey as a Fulbright scholar, highlighting the academic, cultural, and professional benefits of studying in the United States. He provided students with practical guidance on how to apply for the scholarship, navigate the application process, and maximize the experience once selected.

Students actively engaged in discussion, asking questions about the requirements, selection criteria, and strategies for success. Blake emphasized the importance of preparation, cross-cultural adaptability, and pursuing opportunities that align with students’ personal and professional goals.

  

The talk also highlighted the broader impact of international exchange programs, demonstrating how Fulbright scholars can foster cultural understanding, build global networks, and contribute to educational and community development in their home countries.
