Teymur KARIMLI

•    In 2004 he defended his doctoral thesis on "Historical figures and historical event as the assistant to the idea of context and aesthetic tendencies in the work of Nizami". 
•    In 2006 he was elected a member of the Writers' Union of Azerbaijan, and in 2007 a corresponding member of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. 
•    In 2010, Azerbaijan became the winner of the State Prize for the study of "Heydar Aliyev and classical literature". Activities Teymur Karimli at the Institute of Literature named after Nizami of Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences more than thirty years. For many years he headed the Department of the Institute of "Azerbaijani literature of the Middle Ages". Since 2002, he served as Deputy Director for Research at the Institute of Literature (in 2002-2003 and 2012-2013. Worked as acting director of the Institute of Literature named after Nizami) and in 2014 was elected a director of the Institute of Manuscripts named after Mahammad Fuzuli of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. 
•    In 1990-2000 Teymur Karimli worked as chief editor of the publishing house "Science", was a member of the editorial board of several scientific journals and collections, scientific editor of numerous books, managing editor of several volumes of "Azerbaijan Literary History" and editor of publishing in book form with the Latin alphabet magazine "Molla Nasraddin demonstrated" and "Fuyuzat". Teymur Kerimli presented papers in international scientific conferences and symposia held in different years in Russia, Iran, Iraq, Turkey, Syria, Hungary, Italy, India, France and the CIS. Teymur Kerimli, the author of such books as "Nizami and history", "Invisible Fuzuli", "Academician Akif Alizadeh: harmony of talent and energy", "The Last of the beauties", "From the East Gate to the World", "The Life of separation", as he is the author of the textbook "Literature" for X classes of secondary schools and more than one hundred scientific articles. Well-known literary critic, publisher, textual, orientalist, poet and translator Teymur Kerimli talented researcher and promoter of our classical literature. He is studying the great masters such words as Nizami, Khagani, Nasimi, Fuzuli, Khatai, Molla Panah Vagif, Seyid Azim Shirvani, Mirze Alekber Sabir, Mhammadhuseyn Shahriyar, Huseyn Javid himself was the author of a number of interesting examples of poetry. 
•    In 2015, the year he was elected a full member of ANAS. 
•    He was (2015-2019) academician-secretary of the Department of Human Sciences of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
