Success Story: Zaure Kertayeva, TSUULL Lecturer Spent One Term in the United States of America Through the Faculty Enrichment Program (FEP) 2021
Zaure Kertayeva, TSUULL English Philology Department Lecturer, spent one term at Pennsylvania State University (PA, USA) to enhance her pedagogical skills and professional disciplinary expertise through a four-month U.S. academic enrichment program Faculty Enrichment Program (FEP) in 2021.
After Zaure successfully completed the Program, she applied what she had gained during the Program for TSUULL students and personnel. While on the FEP, fellows were engaged in curriculum development, explored alternative teaching methodologies, expanded their knowledge in their fields of study and gathered new teaching materials and resources.
Zaure Kertayeva, the graduate of Master`s Program on modernizing language teaching through blended learning organized by EU and USWLU, has been working at our university for more than 6 years and teaching the courses of Language Teaching Methodology and Writing for information, the program offers university instructors from Uzbekistan the opportunity to enhance their pedagogical skills and professional disciplinary expertise through a four-month U.S academic enrichment program.
Pennsylvania State University is among the top 100 in QS ranking by subject (Applied Linguistics).
