Staying Active: TSUULL Group Exercise Program
It has become a tradition for TSUULL students and the Pedagogical Team to hold physical training together from early in the morning. Certain activities are being carried out in the field of physical education and sports development among the population, especially among the youth and wide promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
Under the leadership of TSUULL Women's Council Head Ms.Gulnoza Jorayeva and Sports Coach Ms.Roziya Alimboyeva, the young people who performed various exercises in the yard of the University are active throughout the day. From this point of view, it is very important to conduct such training regularly.
It is not necessary for everyone to be a highly qualified athlete, to participate in competitions and receive awards. It is beneficial for a person to regularly do sports and physical training based on his ability. 15-20 minutes of morning exercise, 40-60 minutes of walking in the open air, and 20-30 minutes of walking before going to bed, which can be done every day, will definitely make such wishes come true.
