In the context of the information age, the cultivation of independent-thinking youth is a pressing necessity, particularly in fostering a deep understanding of national identity and values. This is especially vital in the teaching of the Uzbek language and literature in foreign-language schools, where it serves as a bridge for mutual respect and friendship between diverse peoples. In this endeavor, Professor Roza Niyozmetova, a Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences and a leading scholar, has emerged as a pivotal figure in promoting the study and teaching of Uzbek literature. 

In addition to her publications, Professor Niyozmetova has played a significant mentorship role, guiding 9 doctoral students to successfully defend their PhDs in pedagogical sciences, while another researcher has completed their doctoral dissertation under her supervision. Currently, 3 additional researchers are working on their PhD dissertations with her support. Her contributions continue to shape the future of Uzbek literary education, fostering a new generation of scholars and educators.

Professor Roza Niyozmetova’s work is instrumental in bridging the past and present, emphasizing the importance of Uzbek literature in a globalized world. Her efforts to integrate national values into modern educational frameworks not only preserve cultural heritage but also promote mutual understanding and respect among diverse communities.
