Objective: The New Uzbekistan mobile app is a startup designed to promote public awareness and engagement in Uzbekistan's Development Strategy. It provides a user-friendly platform that informs citizens about key government initiatives, policies, and progress updates. By encouraging civic participation through interactive features such as feedback forms and idea-sharing, the app fosters transparency and accountability. This project is aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 16 (SDG 16) – Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions – by promoting transparent governance, inclusive decision-making, and greater citizen involvement in national reforms.
Project Tasks:
1. Content Development and Government Collaboration:
Partner with relevant government institutions to curate accurate, comprehensive information about the Development Strategy, ensuring the app provides real-time updates on policy changes and progress reports.
2. User Interface Design:
Develop a simple, intuitive design for the app that allows users to easily navigate different sections, access information on reforms, and engage in interactive features.
3. Interactive Feedback Mechanisms:
Create feedback and idea-sharing functions within the app, enabling users to submit suggestions, participate in surveys, and contribute opinions directly to policymakers.
4. Civic Education and Awareness Campaigns:
Run outreach programs and awareness campaigns that educate the public about the app, encourage its usage, and inform citizens about how they can contribute to Uzbekistan’s development goals.
5. Data Security and Transparency Protocols:
Ensure that all interactions and data on the platform are secure, maintaining users' privacy while promoting openness and accountability.
