News Report: Synergies Between Erasmus+ and Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Webinar

On September 26, 2024, a virtual Erasmus+ webinar titled "Synergies Between Erasmus+ and Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions" brought together participants from across the globe to explore collaborative opportunities in education and research. The event featured insights from Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions National Contact Points (MSCA NCPs) and the Marie Curie Alumni Association (MCAA), alongside contributions from Erasmus+ National Focal Points.

The webinar provided a platform to delve into how Erasmus+ and MSCA synergies can enhance international collaborations, strengthen mobility programs for researchers and students, and create impactful, interdisciplinary projects. Topics included leveraging doctoral and postdoctoral fellowships, capacity-building initiatives, and joint programs to foster global partnerships and innovation.

Among the distinguished attendees was Prof. Dr. Nozliya Normurodova, Vice Rector for International Affairs at the Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature. Prof. Normurodova actively participated in discussions, emphasizing the importance of these synergies for expanding Uzbekistan’s involvement in global academic and research networks.
