iNFORMATION

  • To provide the storage of personal documents of the teaching staff, assistants and other employees of the University, students enrolled in the magistracy and bachelor's degree;
  •  To regiment the preparation of certificates and information for university staff;
  • To make proposals for appropriate disciplinary measures in agreement with the trade union, in case of violation of labor discipline by employees, non-observance of the rules of the internal labor regulations of the university and to terminate the employment contract with them;
  • To rectify and revise the layout of decrees for recruitment, dismissal, position changes such as promotions and demotions and propose them for the administration
  • To monitor the observance of labor discipline by employees and the rules of the internal labor regulations of the university;
  •  To control the execution of decrees prepared by the deans of the faculties.

Human Resources

Objectives are:

This department has been established for the precise and immediate accreditation of university official functions such as staff, professors, teachers, students of bachelor’s, master’s and post-graduate.

Obligations are:

  • to certify the report preparation of human resources for the Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan, The Ministry of Higher and Secondary-Specialized Education and other organizations requiring reports on human resource issues.
  • To monitor selection committee’s personal document admission of the first-year (bachelor), master's and students accepted to the second higher education by student department every academic year;
  •  To provide the storage of personal documents of the teaching staff, assistants and other employees of the University, students enrolled in the magistracy and bachelor's degree;
  • To rectify and revise the layout of decrees for recruitment, dismissal, position changes such as promotions and demotions and propose them for the administration
  • To monitor the proper maintenance of employment record books  by department supervisors;
  • To rectify and revise the layout of decrees for recruitment, dismissal, position changes such as promotions and demotions and propose them for the administration

Rights and obligations are:

  • To request the necessary information from the departments and faculties of the university in the prescribed manner;
  • To demand the cancellation of decrees and instructions prepared by faculties and departments in violation of the labor legislation of the republic of Uzbekistan;
  • To encourage faculty and department leaders to take the lead in strengthening executive discipline, or notify the rector of non-compliance and timely corrective action.
