
Council of Europe Is Going To Visit TSUULL University
On 8 November, 2022 Mr Sergey Dikman, Head of Innovation and Development Unit at Human Rights Directorate of the Council of Europe, Ms Krystyna Khokhlova, Programme Co-ordinator of the ‘HELP in Central Asia’ Programme, and Mr Dmytro Tretyakov, Senior Lawyer at the Registry of the European Court of Human Rights will visit our University to give a special one-hour lecture for TSUULL students on the role of the Council of Europe and the European Court of Human Rights in shaping the European and international human rights agenda.
The aim of the visit is to raise awareness on European legal instruments to promote human rights and the rule of law, and their relevance in the region of Central Asia.
