Chinese Culture Corner – Guest Lecture by Bai Yang, 14 December

TSUULL University contributes to the UN SDG through its teaching and community projects. TSUULL Public Talks is a part of the University's efforts to contribute knowledge, thought-leadership and innovative ideas to the region.

The Program showcases dynamic speakers through a number of community-focused talks across a range of disciplines, encouraging debates on SDG issues like mental health, gender equality, poverty, peace justice and strong institutions etc. This is a chance to hear first-hand from world-leading researchers and subject-matter experts speaking on topics that affect us all.

Bai Yang is a Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU) Graduate. She studied the Uzbek language for 2 years in accordance with the policy of training multilingual personnel within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative – a massive China-led infrastructure project that aims to stretch around the globe. In 2019, she was sent for a language internship to the Uzbek State University of World Languages for a year.
