The Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) programme facilitates the exchange of faculty members between TSUULL and Marmara University for teaching mobility activities. This call is part of the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Project, contract no: 2023-1-TR01-KA171-HED-000164359.
Teaching Mobility – STA
Objective:
The aim of this mobility programme is to broaden and enrich the range and content of courses offered by participating higher education institutions.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

• Full-time academic staff employed at the home university are eligible to apply.
• Applicants must have adequate proficiency in a foreign language to conduct the teaching activity.

DURATION OF MOBILITY

• Mobilities will last for 5 business days (excluding travel days) per staff member.
• Mobilities must be completed by 30/12/2024.

SELECTION CRITERIA
1. Job Experience at TSUULL

o < 1 year: 0 points

o 1-2 years: 1 point

o 2-3 years: 3 points

o 3-5 years: 5 points

o 5-7 years: 7 points

o 7 years: 9 points

2. Role as Erasmus Faculty/Department Coordinator at the Time of Application: 5 points
3. Previous Participation in Erasmus Staff Mobility (KA103 - Program Countries): -2 points for each participation
4. Previous Participation in Erasmus+ Staff Mobility (KA107 - Partner Countries): -5 points for each participation
5. Participation in Erasmus Programme in the Country of Nationality: -10 points
6. Contribution to Erasmus+ Exchange Activities by Finding New International Partners: Maximum 20 points (5 points per agreement)
7. Contribution to KA107 Project Writing Process and/or Relevance of the Project: 0 – 30 points
8. Disadvantaged Staff (Statement from a doctor or relevant authority confirming special needs should be submitted during the application period): 10 points
9. Meeting Language Criteria: 10 points

o IELTS: 7.0

o TOEFL PBT: 550

o CEFR – B2

o Degree Certificate in the Designated Programme’sLanguage

10. Publication Record: Points based on the number and impact factor of publications in peer-reviewed journals

o 1-3 publications: 5 points

o 4-6 publications: 10 points

o More than 6 publications: 15 points

11. Research Grants and Awards: Points based on received grants and awards related to research

o Small grants/awards: 5 points

o Medium grants/awards: 10 points

o Large grants/awards: 15 points

12. Teaching Experience in International Settings: Points based on experience teaching or training in international contexts

o 1-2 years: 5 points

o 3-4 years: 10 points

o More than 4 years: 15 points

13. Active Membership in Professional Networks and Associations: Points based on active membership and involvement in relevant professional networks

o Membership: 5 points

o Active involvement (e.g., committee work, organizing events): 10 points

• Each mobility must include a minimum of 8 hours of teaching per week.
