iNFORMATION

  • Arranging for proper registration, timely registration and submission of documents to the university;

  • Sending documents for execution in accordance with the instructions of the Rector;
  • Registration and verification of documents signed by the rector (vice-rector);
  • Registration of documents on citizens' appeals, ensuring the maintenance of control cards on their implementation in the prescribed manner;
  • Analyze and keep records of citizens' appeals, ensure deadlines, submit monthly reports to the Academic Council and the Ministry no later than the 5th of each quarter;
  • Execution of completed documents for archiving;

Registration of documents received by the university and distribution to the executor.

Tasks:

  • Obtaining documents and information from the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and abroad;
  • review the completeness of letters and documents and include them in the internal document exchange program;
  • Ta’minlash Ensure immediate access to the rector and signature;
  • At the same time, the performers reach out to them, and then control the execution;
  • check the accuracy of each letter leaving the university;
  • Collection of documents.

Rights and obligations:

  • Organize and maintain all documents at the University in the prescribed manner, in direct cooperation with other departments;
  • Receiving and registering written appeals from individuals and legal entities, opening a control card for them, submitting them to the management, and then delivering them to the executor for execution, reporting to the ministry on a quarterly basis;
  • Timely receipt of documents arriving in the office, checking their completeness in the prescribed manner, registration and submission of cards 1b, 2b, 4b, internal control to increase the number of copies of documents, control and delivery to the monitoring department and the executor;
