BAHR-U BAYT
The final stage of the "Bahr-u Bayt Battle" organized by the International Cooperation Office was held on March 25 at the Alisher Navo’i Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature.
The competition was supervised by members of the jury: Musurmon Nomozov, professor of the Faculty of Applied Philology, Sabohat Bozorova, a senior lecturer, Nozliya Normuradova, DSc, Associate Professor, Nurbek Nuradullayev, Deputy Dean. Finalists are Jumagul Yuldasheva and Mirvohidova Zebo, students of the Faculty of Uzbek Philology, and Sayyora Tukhtasinova, a student of the Faculty of Applied Philology. During the battle, Mirvohidova Zebo, who stood out among other participants by learning many poems by heart, and was awarded the first prize. The rest of the participants were also presented university corporate gifts. At the end of the event, Nozliya Zarilovna, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, noted that such competitions are constantly held at TSUULL in order to make students’ life more colourful. For information, the second round of "Bahr-u Bayt Battle" will start in the coming days.
