Achievements of Applied philology department

In 2020, Gulrukhsor Ergasheva, a doctoral student at the university, and a team of faculty students created an "Uzbekona" textbook for foreigners. It is a textbook that allows you to get an A1 level based on the foreign language competence system and consists of 9 sections, 3 control blocks, audios and additional materials.

Shahlo Khamroyeva, a doctoral student at the University, defended her Doctor of Philology (DSc) dissertation on “Linguistic support of the morphological analyzer of the Uzbek language” in the specialty 10.00.11 - Language Theory, Applied and Computer Linguistics 17 months ahead of schedule. According to paragraph 16 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 696 of November 6, 2020, she was awarded to 90 mln. UZS.

In September 2021, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, teachers of the Department of Applied Philology Dilafruz Hidoyatova and Munira Shodmonova were awarded the badge "30 years of Independence".

The group headed by the teacher of the department Turakulova Akila was awarded for the first place in the competition "Student reader".

Teacher of the department Saparniyazova Muyassar was awarded with the order "Shuhrat".

 

On October 6, 2021, in the Alley of Writers, a lesson on the theme "Popularism, nationalism and humanity in fiction" was held with the professor of Bandirman University of Turkey, famous writer Bakhtiyar Arslan. The lesson began in front of the statue of Mir Alisher Navoi and ended with a memorial service for all the writers and poets in the alley.

The Ministry of Higher and secondary special education of the Republic of Uzbekistan held the Republican competetion "Native language - National pride" in the direction of "Best software products and developments" teachers B.Mengliyev and Sh. Khamrayeva were awarded a diploma of II degree.
