    The general fund of university library consists of 30533 copies of 8394 books. There are 2124 political literatures, 3239 scientific literatures, 8060 fiction books,13374 course books and 3736 textbooks in our library.

    The “Five Initiatives Projects Coordinator” is a responsible and proactive specialist who organizes a wide range of activities aimed at ensuring meaningful leisure time for young people and guiding them toward modern skills, moral and educational values, and a healthy and active lifestyle. The coordinator systematically implements initiatives in the following five strategic directions:
    1. Culture and Arts
    This direction focuses on engaging youth in various cultural and artistic fields such as theatre, music, visual arts, singing, national cultural heritage, and creative studios. The coordinator organizes meetings with well-known artists, masterclasses, exhibitions, creative workshops, and concerts. Special attention is given to identifying talented youth, supporting them in developing their artistic abilities, and preparing them for regional, national, and international competitions.
    2. Sports and Healthy Lifestyle
    Within this initiative, the coordinator launches and manages sports clubs such as football, volleyball, basketball, athletics, and chess. Sports competitions are organized at neighborhood, district, and regional levels to boost young people’s physical activity. Additionally, awareness campaigns and training sessions are conducted to promote a healthy lifestyle, disease prevention, and overall physical wellbeing among youth.
    3. Reading Promotion
    This direction aims to cultivate a culture of reading and increase students’ interest in literature. The coordinator establishes “Young Reader” clubs, organizes book-reading marathons, literary meetings, author discussions, and thematic reading evenings. 
    4. IT and Modern Technologies
    To enhance digital literacy and promote technological innovation, the coordinator organizes clubs and training programs in computer literacy, programming, graphic design, robotics, and other modern technology fields. Hackathons, IT training courses, and digital skills workshops are conducted to equip students with essential 21st-century competencies. Students are also encouraged to participate in tech startups, innovation labs, and IT-related project competitions. 
    5. Women’s Employment and Skills Development
    This initiative focuses on empowering young women by providing practical skills and professional training. Courses are organized in crafts, sewing, national applied arts, cooking, and other income-generating skills. Training sessions on creating business plans, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy are held to increase women’s economic activity and help them gain independence and confidence in the job

    The “Intellectual Projects Coordinator” is responsible for organizing, managing, and promoting initiatives that enhance students’ intellectual capacity, stimulate their scientific and creative potential, and equip them with modern, innovation-oriented knowledge. This role plays a key part in cultivating a competitive academic environment, fostering critical thinking, and supporting talented youth in achieving academic and professional excellence. The coordinator carries out systematic work in the following areas:

    • •  Regularly organizing intellectual competitions such as “Zakovat”, “Who is Smart?”, and “Brain-Ring”, creating a dynamic platform for students to demonstrate logical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. These events contribute to building an active intellectual culture on campus.
    • •  Encouraging winners and active participants and increasing the number of participating teams, thereby expanding student engagement, strengthening competitive spirit, and fostering a community of motivated and intellectually curious learners.
    • •  Working with startup and innovation projects, offering mentorship, organizing workshops, and facilitating collaboration with experts, entrepreneurs, and innovation hubs. This supports students in transforming their ideas into practical solutions.
    • •  Developing startup culture among students, identifying innovative ideas, and providing necessary support for their realization. This includes innovation training, business model development, and guiding students through the initial stages of project creation. 
    • •  Preparing startup projects for competitions and guiding teams toward national and international grant programs, ensuring they meet professional standards and increasing their chances of securing funding and recognition.
    • •  Developing talented students’ projects by helping them turn their concepts into fully structured academic or entrepreneurial initiatives, thus enhancing their research and project management skills. Identifying gifted students and working with them individually, providing personalized mentorship, academic guidance, and opportunities tailored to their strengths and aspirations.
    • •  Supporting students engaged in research, project development, and scientific writing, helping them enhance the quality of their research, structure project proposals, and publish academic articles.

    As the leader of the Youth Union primary organization at the Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature named after Alisher Navoi, Eshbayeva Sevinchbonu plays an active and responsible role in supporting students’ academic, social, and personal development. She pays special attention to protecting students’ rights and freedoms, enhancing their spiritual, cultural, and profession potential, and creating 

    opportunities for them to fully demonstrate their intellectual and creative abilities. Under her leadership, various initiatives aimed at identifying talented youth, supporting innovative ideas, and encouraging students’ participation in scientific, artistic, and social projects are consistently implemented. Sevinchbonu’s work also focuses on ensuring that young people become active participants in the ongoing reforms in the country. She strives to strengthen their sense of civic duty, raise their legal awareness, and increase their engagement in social life. Through educational events, open dialogues, roundtable discussions, and community service activities, she helps students develop a deeper understanding of national values, citizenship culture, and social responsibility. In addition, she demonstrates strong initiative in fostering an environment of peace, stability, and mutual respect within the university community. She places great importance on maintaining constant communication with students, listening to their opinions, needs, and suggestions, and addressing issues related to their wellbeing and academic progress. Her ability to interact openly and constructively with youth has earned her recognition as a leader who prioritizes students’ interests and works to support them both academically and personally.Her activities are guided by the principles of cooperation, transparency, inclusiveness, and responsibility. Sevinchbonu actively collaborates with university administration, faculty members, partner organizations, and youth structures to implement meaningful programs and enrich student life.     The “Entrepreneurship and Innovation Projects Coordinator” is responsible for fostering students’ entrepreneurial mindset, strengthening their business competencies, and promoting a culture of innovation across the university. This role plays a key part in supporting young entrepreneurs, transforming creative ideas into viable startup projects, and connecting students with local and international innovation ecosystems. The coordinator’s main activities include:

    • •  Organizing business trainings, masterclasses, and startup schools aimed at equipping students with essential entrepreneurial skills such as business planning, financial literacy, marketing strategies, and project management. These programs help students gain practical knowledge and prepare them for real-world challenges.
    • •  Conducting competitions for innovative ideas and directing winners to incubation and acceleration programs, ensuring that promising projects receive professional mentorship, technical support, and access to resources necessary for growth and commercialization.
    • •  Arranging meetings and seminars with investors, mentors, and business coaches, creating a platform for students to expand their professional network, receive expert guidance, and explore potential partnerships and investment opportunities.
    • •  Providing information and assistance on grants, loans, and subsidies that support student entrepreneurship, helping students navigate funding mechanisms, prepare grant applications, and access financial support to launch or scale their startup initiatives
