GREEN SPACE SEMINARS

What is Green Space Projects & Eco-Active Seminars?

Green Space Projects & Eco-Active Seminars at TSUULL are university-wide environmental initiatives aimed at promoting sustainability, ecological awareness, and active student participation in creating a greener campus. The Green Space Project focuses on expanding and maintaining green areas across university grounds through tree planting, landscaping, and environmental care campaigns. The Eco-Active Seminars are short, practical sessions designed to educate and inspire students to protect nature, adopt sustainable lifestyles, and take part in ecological activities. Together, these initiatives unite students, faculty, and staff in building an environmentally responsible and sustainable academic community.

Green Space Projects & Eco-Active Seminars at TSUULL consist of two key environmental initiatives. The Green Space Projects focus on expanding and preserving green areas across the campus through tree planting, landscaping, and regular maintenance activities. The Eco-Active Seminars are short educational and practical sessions designed to raise environmental awareness and inspire students to take an active role in sustainability efforts. Together, these projects aim to build a cleaner, greener, and more eco-conscious university community.

Student Involvement

TSUULL students play a leading role in shaping and sustaining the university’s environmental initiatives. Their active participation is at the heart of both the Green Space Projects and the Eco-Active Seminars, turning ideas about sustainability into real, visible action.
Within the Green Space Project, students take part in seasonal tree-planting events held twice a year — in spring and autumn. They help plant fruit and ornamental trees, care for newly established gardens, and contribute to campus beautification. Many students also volunteer in maintaining the Scholars’ Garden, where over 300 paulownia and decorative shrubs grow as a symbol of their collective effort.
Through the Eco-Active Seminars, students gain practical knowledge about sustainability, waste reduction, and eco-friendly habits. These seminars encourage young people to reflect on their ecological footprint and develop initiatives to promote green living both on campus and beyond.
By combining theory with practice, TSUULL students have built a vibrant culture of environmental awareness. Their enthusiasm, creativity, and teamwork not only make the campus greener but also inspire others to protect and preserve the natural world for future generations.
