The Center at our university actively provides specific expert advice to local, regional, and national government bodies. This is achieved through policy guidance, participation in committees, and the provision of evidence, ensuring that the norms and rules of written Uzbek literary language, based on the Latin script, are effectively implemented in state language administration. By engaging with government entities, the Center continuously enhances the skills of employees in state organizations through tailored training programs, fostering the development of essential knowledge and expertise in state language practices. This collaborative approach strengthens the practical application of the Uzbek language while contributing to national linguistic policy advancements.

How the Center function
Our university actively collaborates with local, regional, and national governments by providing expert advice and support in various fields, particularly in the development and promotion of the Uzbek language. Through a dedicated center, the university leads efforts to enhance linguistic standards and improve official correspondence and communication practices in the state language. This collaboration not only influences policy guidance but also strengthens the overall implementation of language norms within government institutions and society.

One of the center's key functions is organizing professional development and training courses aimed at improving the skills of educators, professionals, and civil servants. These programs focus on the norms of the Uzbek literary language, compliance with state language standards, and conducting official work in the state language. Special emphasis is placed on equipping civil servants with the theoretical and practical knowledge required to master the Uzbek alphabet based on the Latin script, adhere to spelling rules, and prepare official documents effectively.

The center works to improve literacy among the general population. It develops mechanisms to enhance written and oral literacy, focusing on the norms and structure of the Uzbek language. These initiatives aim to bridge gaps in language education and empower communities with better linguistic and communication skills. The center also integrates modern pedagogical and information-communication technologies into the educational process, ensuring that learning methods are up-to-date and effective. In order to implement mechanisms for continuously improving the theoretical and practical knowledge, skills, and expertise of civil servants regarding the norms of the Uzbek literary language, the Uzbek alphabet based on the Latin script and spelling, the basics of conducting official work in the state language, and the preparation of official documents, the 'Course on the Norms of the Uzbek Literary Language and Conducting Official Work in the State Language' is being conducted. The course is designed for 144 hours and is organized in both traditional and distance formats. To date, more than 50,000 employees from various national organizations have completed this course and received certification.

The main goal of the course is to improve the written speech culture of the population, to teach the norms of the Uzbek literary language to the general public, to learn how to express thoughts clearly, fluently, and correctly through written speech, and to enhance the skills of using the Uzbek alphabet based on the Latin script correctly.

    The course is mainly focused on  improving citizens' skills in expressing their thoughts clearly, coherently, and stylistically correctly in written form. This is especially important for official and business-related documents. Additionally, it aims to familiarize them with the written norms of the Uzbek literary language, as well as its grammatical and stylistic rules, and teach them how to apply these in practice.

    The Executive Educational Training Center has set up branches in different districts to train representatives from various organizations. The aim of these centers is to help employees improve their literacy and communicate effectively in Uzbek. Each branch has two methodologists-coordinators who are in charge of the training.
    The main center in the republic will assist in providing the necessary educational, methodological, and material-technical resources to ensure the high quality of courses held in the regions and to conduct professional-level training sessions. The training courses in the regions last for six months. Every month, candidates take a test on what they have learned. The test materials are sent by the main center, and responsible staff are prepared. Candidates who complete the training course receive a certificate.
