TSUULL OPEN ACCESS EDUCATION

In the digital age, the speed, convenience, and quality of access to knowledge are of great importance. For this purpose, the Information Resource Center (IRC) of Tashkent State University of the Uzbek Language and Literature operates as a smart library system that integrates digital platforms, modern technologies, and an open knowledge infrastructure.
The IRC reading hall is equipped with 8 modern computers, and a Wi-Fi network fully covers all rooms. This infrastructure enables users to benefit from fast, high-quality, and digital services.
Today, the library collection includes 14,212 titles and 47,488 copies of publications, all of which have been fully digitized.

The collection consists of 7,503 educational resources, 3,395 works of fiction, 1,754 scientific publications, 1,050 foreign editions, 4,124 books with QR codes, and 2,499 dissertations. Each resource is available in the modern IRBIS64+ system and the unified electronic platform, allowing users to access materials online even outside the university campus.
Online registration, ordering electronic or printed books, viewing dissertations, accessing press publications, and book delivery services via Telegram channels or websites are available to students, teachers, and researchers. The library team regularly organizes new book presentations, “Book Talk” sessions, and interactive training activities for users.

“We Speak Uzbek” Club

At the initiative of Tashkent State University of the Uzbek Language and Literature (TSUULL) and the “Uzbek School” team, regular free classes titled “We Speak Uzbek” are being held at the Republican Children’s Library. This program provides children with an opportunity to learn their native language through interactive games and conversations, enrich their vocabulary, and foster an interest in the language.
The lessons are held every two weeks, and each participant has the chance to develop their creative abilities, communicate with new friends, and practice the language in real-life contexts. The classes are conducted by experienced teachers who create an engaging and interactive atmosphere for children, combining fun and learning in every session.
This project aims to enhance children’s communication skills, encourage creative thinking, and introduce them to modern educational opportunities.
