Our university actively collaborates with the SPHERE (Support and Promotion for Higher Education Reform Experts) - https://erasmus-networks.ec.europa.eu/aboutsphere Community Network and the HERE (Higher Education Reform Experts) Network  https://erasmus-networks.ec.europa.eu/sphere/heregroup/about to drive higher education reforms and promote sustainable development. These strategic engagements position TSUULL as a key player in shaping global and national educational policies, fostering institutional innovation, and advancing Sustainable Development Goals.

Public Engagement: public engagement is supported by our institutional strategic goal of social responsibility and is embedded in our research and teaching, volunteering, mutual partnerships, citizen science, festivals.

TSUULL was founded as a university that would be deeply rooted in the Central Asia region. We have had a long-standing commitment to engage and foster good relations with the nations of Asia and Central Asia, articulated by our Vice-rector, N.Normurodova. The University has always been globally minded and has a network of partnerships with like-minded universities around the world, with a particular focus on our region. While international partnerships are critical to our success as a university and are important in our identity, they are dealt with in more detail in our Internationalisation Strategy.

Our engaged research activities TSUULL has been rapidly developing its research capabilities, and now attracts external research funding each year. The University has outstanding capabilities in computer linguistic research, sociology and linguistics, textual studies and translation theory and practice. Great emphasis has been placed on ensuring translation of research outcomes into community, social and economic benefit. TSUULL is a member of a ERASMUS+ partnership over five years engaging in different projects.
Also, Erasmus Office in Tashkent is one of the partners who actively engage with us to provide us support in organizing forums, workshops or grants to organize exchanges and mobility for teachers and students.
Our engagement with Azerbaijan is focused on organizing and supporting the academic exchange of specialists and creative staff; scientific exchange of poets and writers, researchers, scientists; supporting the exchange of publications on literature, culture, art and research.

For this mutual engagement, we established Uzbek-Azerbaijani Scientific Research Center named after Fuzuli in October 2019. It supports our partnership with the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan a cultural center and with the collaboration of university named after Haydar Aliev in order to consider the need to expand humanitarian cooperation between the two nations in the field of language, literature, literary relations and culture, cooperation in this field is one of the main priorities in the development of bilateral relations.

In the purpose of providing employment opportunities for our students we have a partnership with Information and Mass Communications Agency, Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, The Higher Attestation Commission under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Central Election Commission, Ministry of Economy and Industry, Ministry of Agriculture,  Ministry of water economy, Ministry of higher and secondary special education, Ministry of Public Education. 
Engaging with organizations such as the Information and Mass Communications Agency, the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan, the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and various ministries is crucial for collaborating with these organizations provides students with direct access to internships, job placements, and networking opportunities, significantly improving their chances of securing employment after graduation.
Working with these organizations allows students to gain practical experience through projects, workshops, and collaborative research, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application.
We believe that by partnering with local and national organizations, the university can play a vital role in addressing societal challenges, contributing to community development, and promoting sustainable practices.

TSUULL recognizes the critical importance of actively involving its personnel in the training process of highly qualified specialists. This policy outlines the measures and strategies that the university shall employ to ensure the effective engagement of its staff in the education and training of students pursuing higher qualifications.
 

2.1. The university shall design curricula and programs in consultation with personnel, incorporating the latest scientific and technological advancements, aligned with the specific educational areas and disciplines.
2.2. Hours allocated to specialty disciplines shall be determined based on input from personnel and industry partners, ensuring relevance and rigor in education. 

3.1. The selection of graduate and master's thesis, as well as doctoral dissertations, shall be guided by real-world sector requirements and regional demands, fostering deep exploration of practical subjects.
3.2. Collaboration with industrial enterprises and regional entities shall be encouraged to identify relevant research topics, enhancing practical applicability.

4.1. TSUULL shall actively foster partnerships with industrial enterprises and businesses, encouraging cluster activities to bridge academia and industry.
4.2. Establishment of academic units in industrialized regions and economic zones shall be pursued to promote hands-on experience and collaboration.

    5.1. The university shall create opportunities for students to gain practical exposure by working in industrial enterprises and organizations related to their field of study. 
    5.2. Collaboration with external entities shall be sought to provide students with industry-relevant experience during their educational journey.

    6.1. TSUULL shall collaborate with industry, organizations, and research institutions on scientific and technical orders and grants, promoting innovative solutions to real-world challenges.
    6.2. Experienced practitioners shall be actively engaged in the educational process, offering practical insights and utilizing production infrastructure.

    7.1. A system of professional development for faculty shall be introduced, facilitating engagement with the production process and the incorporation of experienced practitioners as educators.
    7.2. Specialists without academic degrees but with substantial practical experience shall be invited to contribute to the educational process as honorary teachers.

    8.1. The university shall streamline the organization of student internships at industrial enterprises, including certification of practical skills, ensuring meaningful experiential learning.
    8.2. Mechanisms for targeted educational programs, professional development, and training shall be established in collaboration with industry partners.
