Well-being and Recreational Activities

At Alisher Navoi Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature (TSUULL), student well-being is one of our top priorities. The university strives to create a healthy, supportive, and inclusive environment where every student can thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.

To promote physical and mental well-being, TSUULL offers a wide range of recreational activities and wellness programs throughout the year. The Sports and Recreation Center includes modern facilities for football, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, and fitness training. Regular tournaments and interfaculty competitions encourage teamwork, motivation, and a healthy lifestyle among students and staff.

In addition to sports, yoga, dance, and art therapy sessions are organized to help students manage stress and maintain emotional balance during the academic year. The university also holds outdoor workshops, hiking trips, morning exercises and green campus activities, allowing students to connect with nature and recharge their energy.

The Student Support Center provides counseling services and mental health awareness campaigns, ensuring that every learner has access to professional support when needed.
