PUBLIC LIBRARY

The TSUULL Library serves as a vital academic and community resource, offering free access to a comprehensive collection of materials. As the primary library of the university, we prioritize supporting the academic endeavors of our students by providing access to both physical and digital books, scholarly articles, and other essential resources. Beyond serving the university community, the TSUULL Library welcomes all permanent residents. Library cards are available free of charge, granting access to our print collections, library facilities, and online resources during regular operating hours.
Conveniently located within the university campus, the library offers easy accessibility for students and faculty. Recognizing the importance of lifelong learning, the library houses a vast collection of print and online resources spanning diverse disciplines, catering to the academic and intellectual curiosity of the local community. Our spacious and comfortable facility provides an ideal environment for study, research, and exploration.

The library's collection extends beyond Uzbek literature, encompassing a rich selection of world literature. We are proud to host contributions from esteemed scholars, including our own university professors, renowned linguists, bibliographers, and internationally recognized scientists. A notable example is the generous donation of 200 books from the esteemed Japanese scientist, Professor Xisao Komadsu.  Furthermore, the library preserves and provides access to a valuable collection of manuscripts from various countries, including Russia, Great Britain, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Egypt, and others.
In an effort to enhance accessibility and promote a love of reading, the TSUULL Library operates a Telegram channel featuring high-quality audio recordings of various books. Prior to accessing library services, it is necessary to check in using this designated bot. This initiative aims to make literature more accessible to our patrons by enabling them to enjoy books anytime, anywhere. The library actively seeks and welcomes suggestions for new audiobook projects to further enrich this valuable service.
