Through its University Council and Board of Trustees, which include representatives from government, academia, and civil society, TSUULL advises on education reforms, labor market alignment, and infrastructure development. Through its partnership with the State Test Center, TSUULL seconded 10 experts from its Center for Training and Development to design and implement 186 standardized test tasks for assessing Uzbek literary and state language proficiency. This collaboration ensures that state language assessments meet rigorous standards, contributing to the development of equitable and effective language policies. Additionally, TSUULL’s strategic alliance with the Agency for the Development of Public Service under the President of Uzbekistan further underscores its impact. Two TSUULL experts developed over 200 test tasks for civil servant language proficiency assessments, now formally adopted to standardize recruitment processes. These initiatives demonstrate TSUULL’s commitment to aligning academic expertise with governance needs, fostering excellence in public service, and elevating the quality of governance and institutional frameworks across Uzbekistan.
