According to Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings in Bangkok, Thailand, Alisher Navo'i Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature has achieved a commendable position in the 300+ range. Notably, for the first time in history, an Uzbek university has made it into the top 10 globally for ensuring gender equality.
Women and girls represent a half of the world’s population and a half of its potential. But gender inequality persists everywhere and stagnates social progress.
An essential aspect involves incorporating a dedication to equality within the institution's strategic planning and highlighting the significance of leadership commitment in driving successful initiatives for gender equality within higher education institutions.

Interactive training involves instruction delivered by experienced educators and guest speakers. Participants not only gain insights into gender equality but also receive guidance from experts. Throughout the training, they will have the opportunity to enhance their critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Speaking discussion is event that we aim to interact and respond to questions which given by students. We learn together how to solve problems related to gender equality confidently and let others speak, give their opinion.
Competition is an inclusive activity where individuals can freely share their honest opinions, benefiting from the opportunity to compare and compete with others.
