Inclusive Support Programs for an Accessible Campus
As part of its commitment to accessibility and equal opportunity, the university provides a wide range of inclusive support programs designed to empower students with diverse educational, social, and personal needs. These initiatives aim to create a campus environment where every individual can learn, communicate, and participate confidently.
Our accessibility-focused programs include psychological and counseling services, sign language courses, digital skills training, and language learning opportunities. These services are designed to support students’ academic success, mental well-being, communication abilities, and professional development in an inclusive and supportive atmosphere.
The university also works to improve digital inclusion by helping students strengthen essential technology and communication skills needed for modern education and employment. Specialized learning support and guidance services are available to ensure that students from all backgrounds can access university resources without barriers.

Inclusive Volunteers Initiative for Equal Access and Student Support
Alisher Navoiy Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature actively promotes inclusive education and equal opportunities through the activities of its “Inclusive Volunteers” group. The initiative was launched in accordance with national educational development policies and the recommendations developed within the VoiceUp Inclusive Youth Camp framework, aiming to create a more accessible, supportive, and student-centered university environment.
The primary goal of the initiative is to ensure that students with disabilities have equal access to education, social engagement, and campus life. Inclusive volunteers regularly communicate directly with students to better understand their academic challenges, accessibility needs, and personal experiences. These open discussions help identify practical solutions and strengthen cooperation between students and the university community.
As part of the program, the university organizes inclusive training sessions focused on empathy, teamwork, effective communication, tolerance, and social responsibility. Through interactive workshops, collaborative activities, and awareness campaigns, students develop a deeper understanding of inclusion and mutual respect while learning how to support one another in academic and social settings.
The university also conducts lectures and roundtable discussions with specialists, faculty members, and experts on the rights of persons with disabilities, inclusive education policies, and international best practices. These educational events encourage students to actively participate in conversations about accessibility and contribute ideas for improving campus inclusivity.
In addition, awareness activities and campus flashmob events are organized under the slogan “Together Towards Equal Opportunities.” These initiatives promote solidarity, equality, and accessibility while increasing public awareness of inclusive education within the university community.
Through these ongoing efforts, TSUULL continues to strengthen values of compassion, inclusion, and social unity among students. The university is also developing long-term plans to expand the activities of the Inclusive Volunteers group through sustainable projects and continuous initiatives aimed at building a more inclusive and accessible future for all.
