Scientific and technical council

The pursuit and communication of knowledge at TSUULL are to be free from restrictions and include respect for the following rights:

  •        the right of all to search for truth and knowledge without obstruction or restraint;
  •        the right of all to attempt to persuade by reasoned argument or peaceful processes;
  •        the right of all to form judgments based on full and free exploration, exposition, and discussion;
  •        coordination of efficient supervision of scientific and innovative activities at the university;
  •        involvement of the scientific community in the discussion of various organizational issues related to scientific activity;
  •        participate in the application of the results of scientific activities in the relevant fields of science and education, teaching and research processes;
  •        after the discussion of substantiated documents on the application of the results of the dissertation in science, practice, accepted by organizations for implementation, these documents can be considered by the Scientific and Technical Council of TSUULL, the scientific results can be used in practice to provide information on the application for certification.

The activities of the Scientific and Technical Council of TSUULL are directed to the following basic tasks:

  • implementing research projects and participating in the formation of the main research activities of, taking into account the needs of the Republic in relevant fields;
  • training of highly qualified scientific and pedagogical staff, increasing the activity of doctoral students, basic doctoral students and independent researchers, as well as ensuring the wide involvement of talented students in research;
  • involvement of scientific and pedagogical staff in the implementation of research that promotes the development of science, education and industry;
  • review the quality and content of monographs and pamphlets prepared by professors and teachers of TSUULL and give conclusions in the prescribed manner;
  • development of recommendations for the preparation and implementation of short-term and long-term strategic plans for scientific and innovative activities of TSUULL, as well as proposals for a research plan for the new calendar year;
  • coordination of the work of departments in the implementation of complex research, project work and innovative projects;
  • to propose to determine the prospects for the development of departments of TSUULL, the direction of research, their relevance to the university curriculum and training professionals;
  • evaluation and analysis of the results of research, as well as monitoring the results of scientific work in the annual plans of departments;
  • to consider the feasibility of establishing educational-scientific and scientific-practical laboratories and to approve their plans and reports;
  • review and evaluation of reports on the results of research and development and innovative projects, as well as to make conclusion on the feasibility of their continuation;
  • discussion of scientific works and articles prepared for publication and issuance of expert opinions;
  • to analyze the efficiency of the use of the research base, to develop recommendations for its improvement;
  • periodic observation and monitoring of reports of doctoral students, basic doctoral students and independent researchers;
  • observing and monitoring of reports on the activities of faculties, departments, scientific seminars;
  • formation of expert groups to prepare conclusions on proposals, projects, etc. to be discussed;
  • control over the activities of the journals "Golden Letters", "Uzbekistan: Language and Culture", in particular, the quality and content of published articles;
  • incentives for experts and professors who analyze articles in the journals "Golden Letters", "Uzbekistan: Language and Culture";
