TSUULL Empowers Uzbek Language Educators in Neighboring Countries

On March 15th of this year, TSUULL, in collaboration with the 'Vatandosh' (Compatriot) public foundation, orchestrated a highly impactful master class for Uzbek language educators situated in neighboring nations like Kazakhstan, Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan. These educators serve as pivotal cultural ambassadors, disseminating the rich cultural heritage of Uzbekistan through language.

The event commenced with a warm welcome of TSUULL Vice-Rector on International Cooperations, Prof., Dr. Nozliya Normurodova. She shed light on the commendable efforts of the "Uzbek School," an institution dedicated to imparting the Uzbek language to foreigners. The shared dedication to linguistic enrichment was palpable among all attendees.

One highlight of the master class was the discussion surrounding the achievements of the "Uzbek School" team. Attendees were particularly impressed by their creation of "Uzbek language for foreigners" textbooks designed for A1 and A2 levels. A Korean participant of the "Uzbek School" shared his swift mastery of the Uzbek language, crediting modern methodologies and unique textbooks for his success.

Adding depth to the discourse, Klara Mavlonova, Head of the Department of Uzbek Language Teaching Methodology at TSUULL, delved into contemporary teaching methodologies and the benefits of communicative education in Uzbek language instruction.

Throughout the master class, attendees were exposed to innovative teaching methodologies, methodological theories, and participated in sample lesson demonstrations. This exchange of knowledge and insights created an environment conducive to professional growth and development.

As the master class concluded, participants collectively agreed on a significant initiative: inviting Uzbek language educators from overseas to participate in structured training sessions. These sessions aim to refine teaching abilities and elevate the educational sphere. This joint effort underscores a dedication to promoting excellence in Uzbek language education beyond national boundaries, symbolizing a promising step towards broader cultural exchange and educational enrichment.
