TSUULL is committed to creating greater opportunities for women in fields where they are traditionally underrepresented, such as STEM, business, leadership, sports, sociology, and computer linguistics. The university actively supports women’s involvement in these disciplines through scholarship programs, partnerships with industry, and mentorship initiatives, motivating them to build successful careers in areas that have long lacked gender balance.

In Uzbekistan, the demand for STEM graduates continues to grow, fueled by the country’s efforts to address challenges related to climate change, healthcare, and sustainable energy. Earning a STEM degree not only broadens career opportunities but also empowers individuals to make meaningful contributions to society.

In 2024, the Uzbek government identified science and technology as key drivers of national innovation. As rapidly expanding sectors like artificial intelligence and data analytics gain importance, STEM education is becoming essential for economic growth and for boosting the country’s gross domestic product (GDP).

Employers highly value the analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills that STEM graduates bring. With a current shortage of skilled STEM professionals in Uzbekistan, women entering these fields are uniquely positioned to thrive in the job market and play a transformative role in shaping the nation’s future.
