Ensuring Equal Access: Women’s Application, Admission, and Graduation Outcomes
At TSUULL, our commitment to gender inclusion and equitable education is not merely a statement of principle—it is a mission driven by concrete data and measurable outcomes. We systematically track our progress to ensure that our policies translate into tangible success for our students, particularly women.
Our effectiveness is measured against a clear framework of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that span the entire student lifecycle. We gauge our success not just by how many women enter our university, but by how they thrive and lead after they arrive.
The Registrar's Office at TSUULL serves as the central hub for tracking and analyzing student data, with a dedicated focus on fostering an inclusive and diverse academic community. Our office systematically monitors the entire student lifecycle, from the initial application stage through to graduation.
We meticulously track application and enrollment figures, always measuring the proportion between male and female students. This ongoing analysis allows us to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of outreach initiatives, and ensure our admissions processes uphold the university's commitment to equitable access.
Furthermore, our responsibility extends to monitoring graduation rates and academic degree attainment by gender. By comparing these outcomes with enrollment data, we can gauge not just who enters our university, but who succeeds and thrives. This data is crucial for measuring the real-world impact of our inclusive environment and for identifying any areas where additional support may be needed.

OUR IMPACT RANKING
Overall Student Enrollment & Graduation
"Over the 2022-2024 period, TSUULL has witnessed a powerful and consistent trend toward greater female participation in core academic programs. Tracking the female proportion in Bachelor's programs (KPI) reveals a significant intensification of the female majority, growing from 91.2% to 96.4%, indicating a strong and increasing preference among young women for our undergraduate offerings. Similarly, the female proportion in Master's programs (KPI) demonstrates robust and stable female dominance, consistently averaging 91.7% over three years. This sustained performance across both levels is a direct result of our targeted outreach and inclusive admissions policies.
Graduation Success & Academic Advancement
"The most critical indicators of our success are graduation rates and academic degree attainment. The female graduation success rate (KPI) has been sustained at an exceptional 99% in 2024. More significantly, tracking the proportion of academic degrees awarded to women (KPI) reveals a dramatic and decisive shift: it surged from 53% in 2022 to 75% in 2024. This three-year trend clearly demonstrates that our policies are not only encouraging women to enroll but are actively supporting them to achieve the highest levels of academic success and leadership in research."
Faculty-Level Gender Distribution
"Our faculty-level analysis, tracked through the annual female enrollment rate per faculty (KPI), confirms that the increase in female enrollment is a university-wide phenomenon. The results show a positive growth trend observed in all 5 faculties from 2022 to 2024. Furthermore, when measuring the strength of female representation (KPI), the data is compelling: 4 out of 5 faculties have a female student body exceeding 65%, with the Faculties of Uzbek Language and Literature and Distance Education both exceeding 85%. This validates that our commitment to gender inclusivity is effectively embedded across all academic disciplines."
